      - Great location in the city, close to the T. - A few nice attorneys who are truly smart and willing to take you under their wings - They celebrate birthdays and anniversaries well

      Cons

      - Management incredibly out of touch with staff - Little to no possibility of promotion - Lack of training - Glaring hierarchy among attorneys - Employees often disgruntled - Terrible internal politics
