Pros

-Great team to work with in store -Good shop manager at the time with lots of ideas -Being surrounded by instruments and getting to demonstrate them -Good incentives (when they happened)

Cons

-Minimum wage (should have been London Living Wage) -Expected to do lots for very little return -Staff Christmas bonus cancelled in 2020 - we knew the online business thrived during lockdowns so no excuse for this really -Not much progression -Typical retail management structure - head office think they know what they're talking about when the reality is they had no clue

Pros

-great team to work with in the store -really good employee discount -working among musical instruments

Cons

-minimum wage (not ideal for a central London job) -process of redundancy seemed a bit shady -had a lot of customers calling up about the website when we at the stores had nothing to do with the website, as we shared names
