Cons
They do layoffs quite often, specially in the engineering/auditors team, downsizing by 50% in less than one year. The remaining team members have to audit several projects in parallel and most of their top tier talent has left the company because of this. Management not transparent, CEO says that this layoff round was big to avoid doing a new one later, but 3 months later they go for a new one as big as the previous one.
