      Pros

      Before 2009 it was good place with mature and understanding management.

      Cons

      Poor management ,not understanding people based on gossips,informers who can protend to be your friends,you cannot trust your colleagues. A lot of hate and jealousy about small things. Nursery environment. Making redundant more experience people and bringing young ones which needs to learn.

      Nice Company Car! Team was great, before they lost everybody!!!! but as you are told again and again, You can all be replaced!

      Cons

      Management are a Joke, absolutely no ideal what the real world is like.. Hallmark had a name, not anymore! No quality no value for money just old fashioned backwards design. Why the hell would a independent buy a Hallmark card, when they place it anywhere that will take it. No brand loyalty anymore, give it 2 years and indies won't even get a visit!
