Good place to work on renovations and get hands on practice.

Cons

Bad place to grow and earn money. Poor comunication. Top management only care about themselves.

Pros

A couple yearly perks are nice. The office Holiday party, the Dragon Boat Team, the yearly Summer Picnic. Most of the people are nice enough to work with.

Cons

No loyalty. They talk a half-decent game of being a "family", but when it comes down to it they are only looking out for themselves.

Pros

Good place to test your responsibilities and learn what you really want. They will make you ask yourself "Is this company really best for me?" a lot.

Cons

The company talks a big deal about a family atmosphere. While they do appear to care greatly for their employees, saying thank you is not always enough. I have worked with a 15 year veteran of the company who has not had a raise in 10 years. When he learned what another employee made who was recently hired at a lower possition he was furious. They simply do not pay their employees properly. It reflects the other reviews regarding issues with senior management only seeming to care about themselves. I have already started my outlook elsewhere...
