Not many looking to get out as fast as possible.
Cons
To many office personal all overpaid and under worked. They are mostly family and friends of the owner and other upper management. The machinist and welders are the only thing keeping the place going with their hard work and low wages. Jobs are all behind schedule and machines sit idle because they can't afford to hire new competent machinist. Instead they hire people lacking experience or with questionable backgrounds because they will work for low wages.
