I became family with the staff and still speak with many of my prior colleagues. They offer competitive pay, always an opportunity to learn, and 401K match is more than most other companies regardless of size.
Cons
I had to leave after moving out of state and leave the practice. The only negative I found is the stress, but that comes with the field and the office staff do everything they can to assist in alleviating this.
