Favoritism and nepotism like I've never seen anywhere else. Upper management has their favorites and looks the other way at gross behavior, including two high level executives having an inappropriate work relationship, while one was married. If any low level employees step a toe out of line they will be fired, but executives get away with anything. Upper management is very disconnected from their own teams and what goes on day to day. Upper management are not good at managing people and lack proper communication skills. Gossip across every department and everyone knows everyone's business, but to your face everyone is nice/fake. Very unprofessional and their products are not the best. Quality assurance is lacking. Dying industry. The benefits offered are laughable, the highest deductible I've ever seen (around $10,000 for a family), management is cheap and chose the worst option for their employees. Unless you are a higher up with a cushy salary and perks, they don't care about you.
