Pros

Good working environment with a relaxed atmosphere in Teddington office. Table tennis enjoyed by everyone. Nice place.

Cons

Very top heavy when it comes to decision making. None of the managers can make a decision without consulting their boss. It ends up with bizarre conversation where even moving your seat or swapping with someone is escalated to CEO.

Solid growth through acquisition, opportunities for right people, need to be self-starter

Cons

Benefits have been improving, still further to go, some gaps in capability of certain parts of mgt team, already recognised, need to be resolved faster. Your face needs to fit.
