Decent pay and health insurance is one of the best Teaches to appreciate other places worked
Cons
Operates much differently than the US vs Korea, feels like the word “government” is used in place of leadership Everyone acts upset each other because of burnout Experience leaves the company very soon, no one knows when someone leaves or is new Techs are treated poorly with no respect Survival mode No one can take a break and the breakroom has instant coffee and noodles only
