Following Cons Observed: 1. Company will might offer you with higher package but they are using employee for six month (probation period) once you are nearer to the probation period then they will throw you out anyway.... 2. Company is running on older technology project like vb.net,ASP.Net etc only support related project is available. 3. Clueless management - Management don't have any vision where they are heading towards.... 4. Non technical manager / Architect - Once you stuck then manger is not capable on technical aspect not also like logical/functional. 5. I can see lot of hard working guys being lay off with foolish reasons like - Communication problem, Coming late etc etc.. 6. Company is shrinking very fast as they don't have hands on projects. Be aware.. !!!

All oldies managing the company in every department every project with no attitude for employee care and treating juniors as their slaves. senior management is in wrongs hands with people having no experience in management and having all outdated skills working environment like government sector where old people are just enjoying their time till retirement, no growth opportunities HR is focusing only on wasting the time of the employee, employee engagement is required but not this much to waste time of the employee, having stupids games and making foolish things in office, treating like kindergarden children to make stupid things. Softskills training given by a person who herself doesnt have any expeience. Creating all baised and negative enviroment, people are not allowed to make friends or talk to people from other departments of projects if done so managers ask you to leave.
