      None, see my experience below.

      Cons

      There’s a massive snow storm this week, which happens to coincide with our annual sales meeting. I’m forty miles from the hotel, so why am I being pressured to attend and threatened with possible termination if I don’t? I’m truly disgusted with how they are treating employees during this time. We are not doctors or police, we sell hardware. Even the Walmarts and McDonald’s near me are closed.

      Cons

      Very poor leadership. Toxic culture, no accountability at all. Management makes promises that they have no intention of keeping.
