      This company has an outstanding executive team that is focused on, not only excellent business growth, but also the personal growth and opportunity for each and every employee worldwide. After 23 years in my profession and working at many prior companies, I am amazed at the kindness and efforts from my Harness manager and peers that reach out and assist me to succeed in my position.

      There is not one negative aspect of this Company.

      Pros

      Being able to provide a product and service to the Nonprofit industry is very impactful for employees both professionally and personally. We have a very energetic and personable team that makes coming to work enjoyable.

      Cons

      Harness is a fast-paced company in which you sometimes wear multiple hats in order to help a team member or department. However, it helps you build new skills and an appreciation for other team members.
