Pros

No weekends, paid holidays. OK Christmas party.

Cons

Poor management. People are promoted because they are friends with the boss, not because they have leadership ability. Unwilling to hire more people so you are overloaded with work. No overtime or only for certain people. Culture that encourages drinking.

Pros

Pay is decent, job stability is good. You have the chance to work on some one of a kind structures.

Cons

Limited oppurtunities for vertical advancement (especially if your skin has any melatonin in it). The entire upper management team across the company is 99% caucasian. Management doesnt really care about the employees. Save yourself the headache and apply for one of the competitors, they pay better and have better benefits.

Good benefits, safety is true priority.

Cons

All the management I have seen are middle age white guys. Women and minorities need a seat at the table. No middle management, some people haven't had reviews in years. They are overly focused on profit, even when they are already a top producer, they put more and more on employees to keep overhead down so there is no time for training, mentoring, reviews, let alone addressing the huge employee satisfaction issues.
