      I was hired into management with zero retail/ management experience

      Cons

      store manager was never there so had to pick up her slack and still get payed like dirt store manager committed straight up time fraud and told me to follow her and ill get ahead...? tried to go to DM about store problems and was told to stay silent after i finally quit they found a loop hole so that i way i didn't get my vacation pay
