not really. it's a good place to work.

Actually the company HR team doesn't have any values because the leadership doesn't follow it which was already there. You can find lot of people getting promotions and awards but when you start working with them you will realise they are not even capable of doing a entry level engineer role but instead they will be sitting in a senior role this is because all the good working people who are minimal will be getting the rewards at lesser number whereas the people who are close to the leadership will get promotions quickly so the people who actually worked hard and rewarded will be treated equally to the person who don't work and just do showcasing and get rewards. The company doesn't teach the team management or leadership skills to any employees. Because the leader only doesn't know how to manage it or follow it he only knows how his closed ones are getting growth. Still this organisation follows old school tactics like micromanagement and most importantly HR policies. They don't have a proper or good HR manager who can guide them because the leader doesn't like someone giving suggestions to him. He thinks he knows everything but actually not.

* Dirty politics is being played by top-level management, especially the president and those reporting to him. *People here don’t value emotions or human connections. * Instead of focusing on work, many people try to please others through flattery. * The president makes highly unpredictable and inconsistent decisions. * Many peers often take credit for others’ work. * The president fires people who don’t work on his terms and hires new ones based on his own definitions. * Spot award has become a joke * Promotions seem to favor personal connections rather than merit.

Having seen this Company building from dream to what it is now.. pained to see such unprofessional conduct by few in Senior hierarchy. Biases, favours and personal agendas are ruining the culture. Favouritism is at its peak, to an extent that if you give genuine feedback in 360, be assured you are nearing exit. All good people have left or made to leave, meek form the part of circle. Hope it improves, lest someone start naming the people in circle. Too much gender bias (reasons everyone know)

Managers are not helpful neither they're invested in your growth, favouritism is so much in this organisation. The promotion is not based on the RT cycle, everything is pre decided at the starting of RT they're just pretending that they're giving promotion based on work, they'll not consider your past year of experience, buttering(chatukars) works only here

Politics, favouritism and gender biasness has increased rapidly in last 2 years. The reason behind this is because of the space given by the senior leadership. Most of the good people has left because of this toxic culture. Don't trust the fake positive reviews over here.
