Working at this company is a relatively stress-free experience. Unlike many other workplaces, there is not a strong emphasis on speed, making it a more relaxed environment. The supervisors are very nice and supportive, contributing to a positive daily experience. One of the best aspects of the job is the coworkers – they are friendly and make the work environment pleasant.
Cons
The upper management can be quite stressful, which may create some tension at times. Career progression and personal development opportunities are quite limited. There is little room for growth or improvement, so if you're looking to advance your career, this might not be the ideal place.
