Pros
Bad management in the overall office, no one takes the ownership. Every one blames it on one another. Night work timings for the cricket.com content team. Even if you are completing your shifts and working timely managers will scold you for not working till late night or early mornings like the other team members. Zero work-life balance.
Cons
The HRs, Admin and the IT team are terribly managing the system at the Bangalore office. They don’t come to the office half of the time, and when we require WFH even in sickness they deny. The managers are not supportive. I was hospitalised for a month and was required work from home for some time but not even my managers, not HRs, no one understood my situation and made me resign from my post in that situation when I was already suffering from financial crisis. When I had to return my laptop, they didn’t arrange any courier services first of all. When I sent it with a trusted courier services they told me that they have received the laptop in a damaged condition so they will deduct my FnF now.
