      This company really knows how to take care of its employees.

      Cons

      The company before I left started getting into a metrics based performance system. The goals became less people focused and more metric focus and the job became less enjoyable quickly.

      Pros

      Our EHR called Axiom is providing so many resources for our customers who serve behavioral health clients. It is wonderful to see their businesses growing because they are able to help their clients/patients instead of being stuck in administrative work.

      Cons

      None really except it gets hot in Tucson (main office) in the summertime.
