      Good salary and benefits, family oriented culture, unlimited PTO...none of it outweighs the Cons

      Cons

      - There is a sub-culture of harassment and discrimination towards women by senior leadership that has been reported to HR on numerous occasions with no discipline handed out - The product is dead in the market place and the company is running out of gas - The board of directors seems to have their head in the clouds instead of acknowledging the repeated failures of the company and the leaders who have presided over all of them

      Relax atmosphere, employee functions, cares about moral, allows working from home

      Cons

      Parking, space, growth, unable to make a decision, keeps unproductive people and rewards them, management can never make a decision, always feel like you have to watch your back. Tons of Gossip

      The concept is worthwhile and the employees that understand the industry do the work are enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Executive leadership is misguided and uninformed about the healthcare industry. They consistently make poor decisions but are unable or unwilling to accept accountability for their actions, instead, letting go key team members resulting in unnecessary and damaging turnover.
