Pros

My supervisor was cool to me

Cons

Everything. Training was half baked at best and they took forever for anything. Contracting was a night mare then 4 months later they lay off all of us with no reason even though we were selling for them. Stay away from this company. They are a start up that is completely unorganized and will get you in just to turn you loose

Pros

I worked for HealthCare.com for approx. 3 months. I loved everything about this job, the schedule, the team I worked with, my direct management. It was all awesome, almost too good to be true. Then out of the blue, I along with most of the employees at the company, were let go with zero notice. I was literally writing an insurance policy for a client when I was kicked out of the work applications. Texted my boss to let him know I was having tech issues and he informed me that they were firing 90% of our department. I had always exceeded sales goals, was never late and even assisted in training new employees. I still have received no communications as to why this has happened.

Cons

Fired 90% of employees with no communication prior or after, whatsoever. Dying company, I assume.

Pros

coworking space is nice and there are yoga classes

Cons

the culture. everyone is afraid to be the first one to leave at the EOD. it’s the opposite of a mission-driven company, no one talks, focus in speed at the expense of quality, reliance on spanish speakers to write english content

Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback. We%E2%80%99re sorry to hear your experience with our team was not positive. We know we have opportunities for improvement, which is why we're constantly seeking to obtain feedback from our team as our company grows. For example, we agree that open communication is critical to our success, so we have recently implemented monthly all-hands meetings and have become more intentional about sharing regular, team-wide communication. We also agree that flexibility is important in making our team feel supported, and because we%E2%80%99re a distributed team, work hours vary across our organization. For example, in our New York office, there are seldom days when anyone is in the office past 7pm (with most people leaving around 6:30pm). Additionally, we%E2%80%99ve recently formalized our need for a People Ops team to support the company%E2%80%99s growth, which includes opportunities for development of our people. Thank you again for sharing about your experience. We're excited about the future of our company, and we invite current and prospective team members to have an open dialogue about what it's like to be a part of our team.
