      Pros

      When the company makes its target, it acknowledges its employees by taking them out for a nice dinner. There's not a lot of hierarchy.

      Cons

      Demanding and stressful work environment and very long hours of work. There wasn't a lot of variety in the tasks at hand.

      Flexible, entrepreneurial, and unbureaucratic environment. Ideas are definitely respected and heard. Organization is agile and fast moving. Good exposure to many areas of the business. Good people to work with.

      Cons

      Expectations to remuneration ratio too low. Poor benefits.
