      Thanks for taking the time to share your perspective on Heap. Also, thank you for your contributions to the company and Heap’s customers while you were here. Our sales team does focus on outbound. That focus and investment in AE enablement (team and 1:1 PG training) appears to be paying off. The AEs themselves have provided some great suggestions that are guiding many of Heap's improvements. That focus has resulted in a ~3x increase in AE-generated opportunities in Q2 (not a typo). We have similarly doubled the marketing generated TOFU opportunities. The Commercial team is also coming off its highest attainment quarter in >1 yr (in Q1) with a stronger forecast in Q2. I am both proud of and inspired by that team. Finally, our Enterprise and Strategic teams are making excellent progress building pipeline, attracting new customers and expanding current relationships.       Pros

      Leadership has strong values, with dedication to phycological safety. We have beautiful offices and a people team who are committed to creating a great environment to do our best work.

      Cons

      We have had quite a bit of turnover as well in senior leadership which has caused a lack of continuity in strategy. For example, we have had 3 Sales Leaders in 3 Years and 3 Marketing Leaders in 3 years ... In my opinion it really does take time to learn Heap, and our space.
