Small team environment. Lot of good coworkers. A good software and a strong market to be in.
Cons
Low pay with commsions never getting paid out for mysterious reasons. Lack of technology for the modern era of sales. Lack of training to learn the product or how to do the job. Sales managment was very poor here with managment constanly criticizing employees in unprofesional ways, sometimes yelling at other employees, and even threatening employees jobs. The sales team at this company is an all around toxic mess that you do not want to get yourself into. Avoid a sales job but if you take one expect to be overworked for low pay too.
