One star because i just cant give less than that. Worst company to work with. They don't pay salaries on time. In an year almost 6 months salary is delayed and nobody knows when its actually gonna come. Management is not ever poor , it is worse . Few time back last month salary came in next month's 23 , so you can imagine the situation. Also, guys Apr-19 salary is received on 22nd May and the TL' s and above had received the same on 27 or 28 .So you can imagine what kind of atmosphere we have here. There is no motivation, salary is not on time, you cant leave @6 , appraisal is as real as zero, leaves can be easier to avail, no appreciation. Owner of the company is not only stupid, he has no idea what is going inside the company. Roles for which company hires consultants, the owner passes on such work to the managers and TL's. Basically owners are two brothers and both of them are stupid, especially the elder one. The elder one has no idea about business. This elder one is the stupidest person i had ever met in my life, he can ask you to any random thing. Guys another important thing, there were earlier two companies: Credit Rating : this got closed after entering into fraud business, i cant say much , search the elder one's name and the credit rating name and you will find all on google Credit info : following the closure of Onicra rating , name of Onicra credit was changed to hello verify in order to preserve the image and to save clients. V.V.V.V.V IMP : close to 50 people have been asked to leave the organisation between the month of apr-19 and may-19. They don't have funds to pay to their vendors, the vendors keep Calling and nobody cares about them and when the vendors finally stop the business , they release the payment. Every 4 - 5 month managers are changing, people are coming and going, nobody is bothered about retention of employees. All the Assistant Managers and TL are as stupid as is the owner. Owner of the company treats people like slaves, he has asked several managers to leave within a day. He is just yelling all the time. The company is a pit fall. Guys better sit idle, please don't join this company. Yes if can lick your boss's a... , then its a great company for u. Join a B.P.O rather joining this. . . . Trust me guys. Also, those who have posted good feedback here, are people who are still working there and the HR herself has asked them to post good reviews , so that a false impression can be created . Things are so worse , that one day HR called couple of people in her cabin and asked us to post good feedback , not only here but on other social media websites also. Few other hilarious things that u will find only here: U are not allowed to carry your mobile with u, u have to submit it in the locker. U can come early, but can't leave even at 6 PM because your TL wants more from u. Some good day, you have less of work , your TL will align you with some other team because they have work load. No late night cab facility for women , even then they are asked (just at times and not always) to sit and stretch for the day. Some people get leaves all the time, some just don't No body talks about rectifying errors, everybody wants to put the blame on others. TL's here will never get any job outside this company,i think either they were born stupid or this company made them so stupid. Few time back also heard that they don't even do the F.N.F when someone leaves, i don't know if that's correct. Very important they do not celebrate any kind of festival, i mean come on guys who does not celebrate Diwali. THIS REVIEW WAS ALSO POSTED ON GOOGLE, SOMEHOW THEY GOT IT REMOVED

1. They won't deposit your taxes on time. Won't provide you Form-16 on time. Won't reimburse late fees if any. You'll become a laughing stock among your friends and family. 2. If you exit the organisation, they won't provide FnF. Won't pay you last 2-3 months salary. HR team is basically a proxy set up by the management to prevent riots within the organisation. 3. It's basically a service based organisation where you spend your life incorporating client specific changes. And with no clarity / freezing of requirements so it becomes an endless cycle of development-change-development-change.
