Very good product and team working at Helpshift. The remote environment is amazing, you are really looked after as a remote employee.

Pros

Very smooth recruitment and on-boarding. They have small teams but everyone is very organized and the processes are streamlined, which makes the on-boarding flawless and they deliver great results. There is a very welcoming and warm culture. Everyone is well trained on the product, and you get exposed to the product even from functions that generally don't, which makes it very tangible. The leadership team is approachable and very bright.
