Pros

Some good people, a different perspective on Bots, mobile first strategy

Cons

Product development is slow, change of direction to a very niche market. Moving to be a pure play mobile games provider of support solutions and seem to be abandoning the idea of an enterprise player for support platform

Pros

People are great, product roadmap was geared to the gaming (mobile games) industry and that paid off with their recent partnership and merger

Cons

Difficult to push into the commercial business space - when the emphasis was so clearly on the games industry

There is no much cons to state to be honest
