      Pros

      Understanding that employees sometimes face life challenges. Always supportive, going above and beyond to ensure that the employee and family are valued and needs understood. The best work life balance that I have ever experienced. Flexible working hours and remote options provide ability to arrange around family life. Challenging and engaging work. Opportunity to learn from hugely experienced experts. The opportunity to influence and guide technical delivery and support to cutting edge solutions to real problems. Remuneration and perks packages are truly excellent. I feel cared for.

      Cons

      Customer requirements can be challenging. Periods of intense work to successfully deliver projects. As the company is relatively small, progression towards leadership might be slow for those who seek it.

      Great company with opportunities for interesting work with a variety of unique customers.

      Pros

      Interesting work that allows me the freedom to use my experience to truly benefit the customer. I feel valued as an employee and that my effort is recognised accordingly. There is a strong sense of team and the people working around me are motivated, highly able and simply good to be around. This makes for a great working environment. When you spend so much of your life at work, this is one of the key things for me.

      Cons

      When supporting customers on site, they often use legacy versions of software, meaning it can be difficult to keep up with / on top of new technology that is being used and exploited in the wider commercial world
