      Only 12 leaves in a year No Saturday off No proper incentive structure Long working hours (9-6) Late Salary Payment (4-5 days late) Lala ji ki dukaan No appreciation of hard work No culture and system in the organization Doesn't want to grow

      Many Responsibilities, if you are willing to learn

      1) They treat Well educated people who are working with them like Slave and majdoor 2) Pay below the industry standards 3) No Saturday off 4) when joined i was given 24 days leave and from this year they are only giving 18 leaves. 5) very poor infrastructure for employees 6) Management is of traditional view, doesn't want to upgrade technologically 7) Need to treat employees like humans
