      Great team and a lot of opportunities to innovate. A lot of support from fellow workers who have a lot of experience

      Cons

      There is very little capital funding available for replacement systems so there is a lot of fixing rather than replacement

      Pros

      The location (both campuses) was great and lots of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      You start and they immediately expect you to know everyone from admin to teaching staff. They also have a very traditional form of hierarchy where thing needs to pass through X amount of people before it gets approved.
