      Pros

      Benefits are good and typically get over time.

      Cons

      Pay is not worth the stress and drama. Mandatory overtime most of the time and night shift is not a typical time which makes it hard to have a life outside of working. Raises are small and not adequate.

      Cons

      Too many long hours, little to no thought on how to improve work life balance. Poor processes, little thought on doing more than on the job training and a few standard work forms.
