      Best Company I’ve Ever Worked For

      Pros

      I never felt so supported by a company and a team. This company is unreal. The benefits are great, the compensation is great, and everyone is extremely kind. Our managers are thoughtful and truly know how to lead a team. I plan to retire with this company.

      Great company to work for before 2021

      This company fired a complete team with just few hours of notice . The former CEO was very selfish This used to be a great company to work with They told everyone that they will get big office in India but they left the existing office also Former CEO threatened people A lot of people left the company because of poor management and no one was given good farewell . They gave everyone incorrect relieving letters after a lot of follow up BEFORE YOU JOIN THIS COMPANY TALK TO THEIR FORMER EMPLOYEES . AND YES , BE READY TO SIGN CONTRACTS AFTER WHICH YOU CANNOT WORK WITH ANOTHER MICROSOFT PARTNER

      Don’t Believe the Hype

      If you’re following Henson Group or its employees on social media, don’t believe the hype that is posted. This company creates a lot of smoke and mirrors while taking advantage of customers and employees. When hired, I was sold a bill of goods about company culture and climbing the corporate ladder and how well I would be treated. After being used and abused and subjected to lie after lie, I realized I was being used as a pawn and wasn’t cared about as an employee in any form or fashion. It’s been a disappointing experience and I would caution anyone considering employment here to look elsewhere. You will not be appreciated, valued, or compensated fairly for the work you will do.

      Very little job security. Pay not commiserate with the work. A lot of lies and misleading information.
