It’s always disappointing to read a negative review on Glassdoor, especially from an employee who has worked here over three years. It sounds like your experience at least at the end was negative, and I am sorry that you left feeling this way. I wanted to address some of your concerns, as I don’t believe they reflect the company that we are or what we are striving to be. You cited frustration on career growth and opportunities, and compensation that meets your needs. While I don’t know your unique goals and desires, I would share that we strive to create an employee framework for job satisfaction, professional development and career growth. That is why we have managers sit down with their employees and talk about their Individual Development Plan. In Sales we have employees who desire to move into Regional Sales Manager positions, Key Accounts, Marketing, and Distribution, and I have seen people move and grow in all of these different directions. For pay we look at each job and benchmark where we are in the market, and where we want to be positioned. We try to be transparent on the pay ranges for different positions so that employees can use that as a factor in where they want to grow their careers. I wish that we could have discussed this further as it may have helped make your work experience at HexArmor better. Nevertheless, I hope that you have found a job and company that makes you truly happy, and I wish you the best.
