I have been working at HeyHub for just over 10 months now. The company is very supportive towards its staff - Excellent management team. Regular drinks & meals with the CEO & management on Fridays! Getting to meet different clients every week / month is great , as well as maintaining existing relationships. The commission structure in place is very rewarding on fully completed deals. Work & home life balance is excellent.

Nothing worth mentioning. The CEO is the biggest block in growing the company.
Cons
- The CEO is a liar, disrespectful, untrustworthy and is the reason for the culture at the company. - A lot of politics and biases exist in the small team. - Adhoc hiring practices, where candidates are made to wait on calls and the CEO doesn't join the call because he has lost interest in hiring the candidate. No decency to show up on pre-scheduled calls and inform the candidate. - The CEO rejects innovative ideas that come from the team and then puts them across as his own ideas for implementation after a few months.
