Pros
Get to pick your own shifts, times and locations to an extent. Very well run company. Hard work does not go unnoticed.
Cons
Some of the stores that you may work at might have bad managment and you just have to deal with it sometimes.

The staff/coworkers are such great people. The money is great...when you get it 1.5 months later.
Cons
The only downside is you're basically working for free at the time, the way the pay is set up needs some serious readjusting.
