Business outlook
Pros
Lovely family owned company. Offers flexible working and excellent work/life balance. Staff are mostly great and senior management very friendly and approachable. Nice offices in the countryside and relatively politics free environment. Genuinely a pleasant place to be. Plenty of support and training available.
Cons
Company struggles with strategic direction, and has abruptly changed focus several times. New initiatives are often abandoned. As a result growth is very flat, but things do seem to be heading in the right direction. As company is small and not really growing there is little room for career progression.
