      Pros

      Hint was once a great place to work! But, bad decisions, some poor leadership and lack of direction have led to it becoming just another average company. A lot of talented people here but reorg after reorg have destroyed the morale and team culture that there used to be. Best days of the hint brand are in the rear view.

      Cons

      Not willing to spend the money to succeed in the current beverage industry. Leadership could learn from some of the employees if they would take the time to listen.
