      Flexibility of experimentation. That’s about it.

      Cons

      The company does not value people. They merely see people as hands and feet for their agenda so that they may be enriched. To work in this company you should not have an individuality or too strong a personal opinion. The company has no benefits but during the interview, they will overpromise you things they will not fulfil. Bonuses here depend on how pleasant and agreeable you are towards the boss. The company reeks of nepotism. Think twice before joining.

      If you have dedication towards your work, you will definitely get suitable opportunities, and respect here. Working environment is very good. 2nd 4th Saturday off.
