Pros

Great office culture, fun co-workers, new & nice office space, freedom within your position.

Cons

Severely underpaid for the amount of work and responsibilities. Poor leadership, no clear goals defined. Very secretive about projects and status of the company..as a result, poor communication between departments and owners. Next to no time off.. (5 vacation days and THREE sick days..?!) No growth opportunities within the company and people get fired right and left with no warning. Spread the work to other people and don't replace positions.

Pros

The work atmosphere is very low key and calm. The other employees within my department apart from supervisors and upper management were a pleasure to work and collaborate with.

Cons

Unethical decisions are a regular occurrence here. The pay is minimal and raises are very scarce. Management has asked salary employees to work off hours to produce work with very little compensation in return.

I learned more working at Hitcents than I ever did in school. I worked with some great people.

Cons

The pay is pitiful. Projects are managed poorly. Working 60+ hours a week with no compensation is considered normal.
