The company has been built up over the last 30 years and has been successful at that time.
Cons
Leadership, CEO, processes, and culture all need work. They need to improve everything to be successful. The CEO loves the sound of his ideas and benchmarks everything without understanding cultures, companies, or processes. Their business model needs to be more flexible and cater to diverse and inclusive backgrounds and they need to listen to people who live and work in their target regions more. There are some great people working there, however, the management styles are very much top down approach and you should not have an opinion.
