      - Strong trajectory to be the leader in the space - Employee feedback is listened to - Startup/scaleup that moves quickly - Focuses on growth but with a realistic mindset and doesn't prioritise growth at all costs.

      - More cohesion between workstreams required

      Good startup with decent benefits and a great office in the middle of berlin, smart people that try their best with what they are given.

      Management is unexperienced, the management team in the growth team is toxic

      High growth, a lot of opportunities and an amazing, meritocratic culture Truly little to no politics People don't take themselves too seriously also shown at very fun off-sites True revolutionary product that actually generates an impact for our customers High drive and super motivated team
