There was free parking not sure about now.

Cons

If your face fits fine but if you're a woman then forget it. Culture is one of old boys club, lack respect for women and ingrained discriminatory attitudes. Bit of lip service to mental health but all hollow and super uncaring.

Cons

Perks are inconsistent between departments. Some departments can work from home yet others are funny if you need to turn up 30minutes late because of a doctors appointment. A fair amount of work that is out of your role gets delagated down. Difficult for progression because management is mainly made up for people who’ve been in the company for 20+ years.
