The management team is extremely unprofessional, unstructured and it at all on the same page. The management team has absolutely ran the company Into the ground in the last 3 or so years and the employee moral and job happiness is the absolute lowest I have ever seen. This company was pretty good when I first started but management changes, bad policy writing and a general inaptitude amongst the leadership has caused an extremely high multi year employee turnover and has placed extreme strain and demands on old and new employees alike. Their demands for parts quota and hourly production is EXTREMELY strict and after missing a part or 2 you will be called into the office and passive aggressively threatened with your job.
