      Great company with some internal limitations

      Great people, casual work environment, amazing benefits (premiums paid 100% for employee and dependents), convenient location.

      Cons

      Sink or swim - no formal training for new employees. Lots "to-do" as a company but little vision on how to get there. Development potential is great if you want to get into sales, otherwise very little room for growth.

      Ownership is approachable. Job site and office environments are good. A lot of experience company-wide to draw from.

      Cons

      Operations and company standards could be improved to standardize approaches to work. This is in progress.
