          You Get Paid Staff are great

          Cons

          Working for the company for almost 3 years, there is no progression whatsoever. The hotel I work for is managed by RBH Management, they claim to offer great opportunities for employees and be flexible, but in reality, they do nothing for anyone. Best advise is use this as a stepping stone while you look for a better job / brand to work for.

          There's no real management, no support, nothing, everything is managed by the GM
