      Benefits aren’t worth the toxic culture

      Pros

      Designs and showrooms are nice. PTO, benefits and holidays are good... basically anytime away from work

      Cons

      Fake and toxic culture. Inconsistent and low pay. No room for growth and for years the company said there are no promotions or raises but leadership would be. HR is unresponsive and abuses power. They treat everyone is replaceable but they don’t care to replace anyone when someone leaves.
