Have pretty nice furniture and every now and then a free lunch.
Cons
The harder you worked the less anyone cared. The executives are more concerned about putting money in their pockets and not hearing concerns about the workers that are in the "trenches". The pay is horrible, insurance is horrible and now they want to become a "lean" company. Which means even more work and no more pay. Half the coworkers would rather work at McDonalds then there. Mainly becuase the pay and respect would be better.
Free coffee, benefits (health/dental/vision) for FT, free lunch once a month
Cons
People quitting all over the plce, constantly moving where people sit, cliques and favorites played, management is clueless what's going on with anything even w/ meetings all day. Tell you to do one thing, then get mad when you don't do another thing first even when no one asked you to do it.
