Pros

Mostly good people to work with.

Cons

The owner. If you want to be cussed out, demeaned, not paid and harassed then you should work here. He does this to everyone within due time!

Pros

Lots of money to be made here and very high quality training. You will have dedicated Sales Managers trying to improve your sales capabilities 24/6. Gary will sometimes train you himself; he’s a man with lots of knowledge someone to learn from.

Cons

Be ready to invest your livelihood into this. You will be drained. Running 2-3 leads a day driving at least an hour out to an hour 30 minutes; tough on gas/your car. After 90 Days you will start to feel the drained and burnt out feeling. Gary is a tough owner he will be hard on you so be ready to take some very heavy constructive criticism.
