Pros

If you want at least some salary in dollars, then this is the place for you. At least they will actually pay you something here.

Cons

Middle management does not want any improvements in their work, because they will have to change at least something in their work, for example, increase the level of responsibility, first and foremost. Top management turns a blind eye to the lack of growth among the rank and file, who are turned off for development and forced to sit on primitive technologies. The corporate culture in the company is generally a cult of cargo. With the focus on emoticons in the messenger status, the normal effectiveness of communication is lost.

Great for beginners but not comfortable for confident professionals.

Pros

Friendly team, flexible work schedule, various loyalty programs, high opportunities for professional growth.

Cons

The salary is significantly below the market rate, a service agreement with limited liability on the employer's part, the salary pay by USD in general (risks from exchange rate fluctuations remain on the employee's side).

Pros

There is tremendous opportunity for growth with this organization. While they are not a "start up", there are many similarities to a start up company in their business model. And they are growing at a strong pace.

Cons

With growth come growing pains. And there are certainly areas for improvement within the organization. These inefficiencies are largely due to dramatic growth and bandwidth issue for both people and processes. Upper management is very accessible and responsive. It is clear that they want to know how the company needs to improve and are always looking for ways to make the processes better for employees and customers.
