      High Turnover for Reason

      Pros

      Benefits and work life balance.

      Cons

      Disconnected leaders and board. Money is the focus, not employee wellbeing or client care. Even outside consultants say leadership is a lost cause. Low morale and high turnover. Disorganized. Laughable HR team. Outdated top down mentality. Company is blind to shortcomings and unwilling to change. Retains low performing and toxic employees, but pushes out good talent. Low pay. Bad community reputation. If you're looking for growth and career advancement, look the other way.

      Pros

      Great management team, flexibility, excellent benefits, CEO is very kind and personable. Overall a great environment to work in and I enjoyed my time with them.

      Cons

      The pay is considerably low given the role.
